Bottle Manufacturing

At Kunstoff Technologie, we use the Extrusion Blow Molding process to manufacture our bottles. This is a single-stage process: starting from an extruded plastic tube (parison), we determine the required length so that when the mold closes, air is injected and the resin begins to take the shape of the mold.

What types of resin do we use to manufacture your containers?

High and Low Density Polyethlene (HDPE/LDPE), Polypropylene (PP) and PCV in any color.

Filling process

All products are filled at our plant. At Kunstoff Technologie, we protect and maintain the quality standards approved by our clients. That’s why our facility meets all requirements to ensure the final product is of the highest quality.

All our processes are monitored 24/7 through a quality management system implemented across the company.

Labeling

We design and print your labels in-house at our facility, creating innovative proposals that give your product stronger presence and added value in the market.

Final Packaging

We make sure every product arrives safe and ready for distribution.
We pack on-site, with delivery options in boxes, directly to your distribution center or facility.
